You may use the website and purchase the cars only if you can form a binding contract with TheCarPeople.ae, and only in compliance with these terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

The use of this website and the purchase of vehicles through this website by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. It is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to determine whether any of the content is appropriate for their child.

By purchasing the cars, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to enter into these terms and fully perform all your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you do not have any legal disabilities or contractual restrictions that would prevent you from agreeing to these terms.

By providing TheCarPeople.ae your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you service-related notices, including any notices required by law. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the service and special offers. You can opt out of receiving emails by sending us your withdrawal request or by unsubscribing from emails with the “unsubscribe” option. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers.

We reserve the right to create new categories and include new cars and services.

PRICES

The prices of all cars published on the website are subject to VAT. The prices of commercial vehicles published on the website do not include VAT.

TheCarPeople.ae reserves the right to determine the price for the cars and services. TheCarPeople.ae will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. Should an error in pricing be discovered, the User will be informed of such an error.

PAYMENTS

Car payments will be made according to the following provisions:

• The purchase of the cars can be paid by credit and debit card in the physical store. The payment of the cars can also be made in cash or by financing. No sales are made through the website.

• The customer has the possibility to pay a non-refundable deposit for any available vehicle he is interested in buying.

• If the purchase of the car is made through a bank loan, the buyer will have 4 days to present the required bank documents. the vehicle will be reserved for the buyer during these four (4) days. If the buyer does not present the required documents within this period of time, the deposit will be non-refundable and the vehicle will no longer be reserved and may be offered for sale again.

• If payment for the vehicle is made by bank transfer or by cash at the physical store, the vehicle will be reserved for the buyer for a period of seven (7) days from the day of payment. If the buyer does not make the remaining payments or for any reason does not complete the purchase process during these 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable and the vehicle will be put on sale again.

• TheCarPeople.ae reserves the right to keep the deposit if the buyer for any reason cannot complete the purchase process or the bank loan application is rejected.

• If the buyer, within 14 days after the sale has been agreed upon and the deposit made, is unable to obtain bank loan approval, TheCarPeople.ae reserves the right to keep the deposit and market the vehicle again.

• Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the cars. ae reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the cars.

DESCRIPTIONS

The specifications of the vehicles offered on this website are for the UAE market. Vehicle specifications may be different in other markets and may not comply with the laws and technical regulations of other countries outside the UAE.

TheCarPeople.ae attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, TheCarPeople.ae does not warrant that product descriptions, product prices or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The colors and images shown of the cars on the website may differ in reality, due to the resolution of the different screens of the devices from which the website is accessed.

DRIVER’S LICENSE IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

To purchase the vehicles offered on the website, the buyer must have a valid driver’s license in the United Arab Emirates.

If you wish to apply for a driving license for the first time in Dubai, or your license has expired and you need to renew it or your country’s license is not valid in the United Arab Emirates, you will have to apply for a new license. Remember that for manual and automatic driving licenses, you must decide what type of license to apply for according to the type of vehicle you want to buy.

To apply for a driver’s license, you must follow these 3 steps:

• Enrol in an RTA-approved driving institute
• Gathering the documents
• Pass the theoretical and practical exams.

The applicant needs to gather the following documents:

• UAE ID card (original and copy)
• Copies of passport and visa (must be at least 18 years old)
• Eye test report (from any optical office)
• Letter of No Objection (NOC) from your sponsor
• 8 passport size photos

Once the documents are gathered, the applicant must enrol in an RTA-approved driving school and pass the corresponding tests.

Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, TheCarPeople.ae excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to TheCarPeople.ae and TheCarPeople.ae shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

No responsibility will be accepted by TheCarPeople.ae for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorized human act, including any errors or mistakes.

CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We may change the website and these terms at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these terms. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms and any changes will supersede all previous versions of the terms. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these terms at any time does not waive our right to enforce the same or any other provision(s) hereof in the future.
